Charles Clinkard was established in 1924 by the late Charles and Eveline Clinkard. The Company’s core values of offering a selection of quality branded footwear backed up with a high level of personal service remain today.

The business is now in the hands of the third generation of the family and continues to develop and grow. In 2005 we launched our online website as an extension of our retail business. We offer one of the largest selections of quality branded footwear available online supported by a high level of customer service from our online team. We are based in the North East of England at Stockton on Tees where we have 40,000 square feet of warehouse space to service our website and stores. We have a network 36 stores around the UK and these work alongside the online customer service team to ensure we get stock to you as quickly as possible.

Our aim is to offer you our valued customers a great experience while purchasing shoes from any of our outlets or online.If in any way we can improve your purchasing experience we would like to hear your comments and will try to improve our service further.

Our online team are available from Monday – Friday 8.30 – 6.00 and Saturday 9.00 – 6.00.

Outside these hours you can still place orders and we will deal with them and endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours.
