Message: I am just letting you know how impressed I am with your online ordering service. I placed an order with you online because the shoe I wanted was not available in my local store. They arrived today and were only ordered on Saturday afternoon. I wasn't charged for delivery which was good enough in itself but the courier company that you use is excellent. I recieved a txt message to confirm my delivery date and this morning I even recieved a txt letting me know what time the delivery would be. The shoes arrived beautifully packaged. I am delighted with my new shoes but equally delighted with your fantastic service. I like many of us am very busy and seldom take the the time to send emails of this nature but the servive you have provided in this instance has been first class, many other could learn alot from you. I have been a loyal customer of your Meadowhall Branch for many years and after my latest shopping experience with your company I will be for many years to come.

I would just like to thank you very much for the attention and service given when the Romika Boots I originally ordered had to be returned due to puckering of the stitching and replaced with a second pair. The whole problem was dealt with extremely quickly and pleasantly and I am now delighted with my replacement boots. Website is excellent for ordering. Easy to use, quick, and well laid out. When searching, pages are sometimes a bit slow to load and 'think' a bit too long when going back a page. But for ordering - can't fault it.
