I have been buying Rieker shoes no for 20 years plus !So was pleased to come across the Clinkard website quite by chance. I bought a pair of boots and a pair of dress shoes for a few NZ $'s for considerably less than I would have had I been able to get the styles I bought and buy them in NZ.
Was initially a little concerned about using the website and its security BUT I need not have for from date of order to receiving them here the service was beyond what I expected and my concerns were o no consequence as eveything went smoothly and excellent communication to back up the sale and delivery.
I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Charles Clinkard's Fine Footwear and the service they provide.

We offer free postage for all deliveries within the U.K. U.K. orders are delivered First Class Recorded Signed For with Royal Mail or City Link. If you wish you can also choose to have your stock delivered to you local store free of charge.
It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery - please state your instructions in the 'customer notes' box when you order. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible.

Returns:-
Charles Clinkard are happy to provide refunds if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 35 days of receipt in its original unworn condition to either your local full price Charles Clinkard Store (with your proof of purchase) or back to the address below (with the completed returns form). We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally despatched will not be refunded.
