How To Make a Purchase
Browse through our Footwear Collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.
Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are Free of Charge
We do deliver overseas, however delivery charges vary. Click HERE for more detail. If your country is not listed then unfortunately we are unable to deliver there.
Our normal despatch period is 2 to 5 working days and over 60% are despatched in 2 working days, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail or Interlink recorded delivery service. It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery - please state your instructions in the 'customer notes' box when you order. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible.
UK orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any UK claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch. European orders should be received within a maximum of 20 working days. Any European claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 20 working days from despatch. For the rest of the world orders should be received within a maximum of 25 working days, and claims will not be entered into until after 25 working days from despatch. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our stores.
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.
For first time orders placed with a credit/debit card, delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholder's place of work, which may need to be verified before despatch. We will not, under any circumstances, dispatch a first time card order to any other address. Please note our couriers may deliver to a neighbour if you are not in to receive your delivery. Once you have successfully completed an order with us, we will be happy to dispatch to your address of choice
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail or Interlink as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time.
If you are paying with a debit or credit card, your first order with us needs to be delivered to your billing address or your place of work with a verified landline number, to prevent fraud against your card. However, if you use PayPal to pay for your products, these payment services conduct their own fraud checks, and so you may be able to use an alternative address, however this is not guaranteed.
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 35 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.
Postage refunds under the Distance Selling Regulations are limited to services provided within the ordinary course of business. The right to cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations is not extended to any additional services provided, such as gift wrap and express/international delivery charges.
We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.
Returns can be taken back to our retails stores but not factory outlets. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
All shoe and foot care products are non returnable.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration of the Lelli Kelly products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof
We have an extended returns period for any items bought as Christmas gifts. Anything bought from the 15th November can be returned up to and including the 12th January 2015.
