Just a quick email to say how incredibly impressed I am with
your service. I phoned last week about some low-stock Gabor sandals. I
spoke to Alison, who went to the warehouse to check that the one pair on
the system was indeed there. She phoned me back within 10 minutes to
confirm she had them, and within 24 hours they arrived here. Well done
to all of you, I wish more companies were as efficient.

some children's Ugg boots from yourselves online, but the size was out
of stock. I contacted the customer services team who managed to locate a
pair at your store in York. Within a couple of days someone from the
store contacted me and we sorted out a transaction over the phone, and
the boots were posted to me. Brilliant . Thankyou for going the extra

Just wanted to say a BIG Thank You and express my eternal gratitude for ending a very long search for shoes to fit my tiny feet . After the disappointment of finding the two pairs of size 3's I ordered from you last month were a good half size too big , and being restricted , for medical reasons , to flat to very low heels , it was a great relief to find that the Gabor " Kristin " shoes in size 2.5 which arrived this morning were a perfect fit . I do hope you will continue to keep a selection of stock in this size . You have been a life saver .
