I am very pleased with the boots I received last week.  I telephoned to ask about some boots advertised online in the sale but they had been sold, Alison asked me what I was looking for and I explained that I had my foot in plaster.  I needed some flat boots which would be suitable for me to return to work in, she recommended some which were in stock and arranged for them to be despatched, they arrived the next day, less than 24 hours after my phone call and despite the weather conditions.  I had my pot removed and am thrilled that the boots fit perfectly.  Thanks very much, big pat on the back all round.
