Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) as well as to any of our stores and CollectPlus locations, all of which are available options on our basket page. Next day delivery is available on selected products, which is highlighted upon a colour and size being selected. We also offer delivery worldwide (with a few exceptions). For a full price list click here. Orders are normally delivered within 3 - 5 days on standard delivery.

The last day we are accepting orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Tuesday 19th December. We will try our best, but cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after this date.

WEB ONLY products

We are pleased to be able to offer an extended range on our website.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer our full range of delivery options for these products or orders containing these products.

Delivery Options for web only products

1)      We are able to offer delivery to any UK address or to one of our stores for collection

2)      We are unable to offer a Collect + delivery, express delivery or international delivery.


Returns

Our returns policy is within 35 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. You are entitled to return your order to any of our stores or to our depot. Please ensure your product(s) are in original unworn condition.

We appreciate that Christmas gifts are not always suitable - so we will extend our returns window for items purchased as Christmas gifts. If you have bought shoes from us as a Christmas gift, you have 2 weeks from Christmas Day to return your purchase to us (or 35 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longest period).

You can now return your order to us via CollectPlus also. Simply click here to find your nearest Collect+ drop off location and to purchase and print off your returns label online.

Please be aware that whilst we do offer free outgoing postage, we do not cover the cost of returning items

We are happy to accept returns back at our Charles Clinkard stores but please be aware that our stores at Boundary Mills or Bradbeers (New Milton and Romsey) are unable to accept back online purchases.


If you have any queries regarding something returned via CollecPlus, you can contact CollectPlus directly on 01923 601616. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for something improperly packaged that gets lost or damaged in transit to us, so please take care when choosing how to send your item back to us.
