A smart pair of shoes but with the comfort of a casual shoe. My only compaint was that I paid for next day delivery on a Friday and still didn't receive until the following Tuesday - why did I bother?!

The postal service from Charles Clinkard was excellent. However, a member of staff at their Stratford-on-Avon was far from excellent. Having to return a pair of Gabor boots to the shop, my husband tried on a pair of Rieker shoes, the shoes were of a different colour and was offered a 10% discount, which he did not take. The size 9's were a little tight and asked if they did them in a 9.1/2 and was told no and to look on the web. No further help was given by the sales assistant, which in my opinion was poor customer service.
