Returns
Our returns policy is within 365 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. We are happy to accept returns back at our Charles Clinkard stores but please be aware that our stores at Boundary Mills or Bradbeers (New Milton and Romsey) are unable to accept back online purchases.

I loved the look of these boots and bitterly disappointed when I couldn't zip them up.\nThey have no give and with a muscular calf there was no way they would fit, very sadly they had to be returned at great expense!
