The Rieker Knit long boots incorporate the brand's renowned Anti-Stress Technology for a roomier, lighter and more shock absorbing design. Part of the RiekerTex range, they have a water-resistant membrane, making them ideal for the wet winter months. Their durable synthetic uppers have an all over ruching effect, and this, combined with their knit trims give the boots a relaxed and casual look. Outer faux zips give off a biker aesthetic, with inside zips providing super quick and easy access to the style which is available in a choice of classic tan or black.

Delivery
We offer free delivery within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) on orders over £40, as well as to any of our stores and CollectPlus locations, all of which are available options on our basket page. Next day delivery is available on selected products, which is highlighted upon a colour and size being selected. We also offer delivery worldwide (with a few exceptions). For a full price list click here. Orders are normally delivered within 3 - 5 days on standard delivery.

Returns
Our returns policy is within 365 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. You are entitled to return your order to any of our stores or to our depot. Please ensure your product(s) are in original unworn condition.
You can now return your order to us via CollectPlus also. Simply click here to find your nearest Collect+ drop off location and to purchase and print off your returns label online.
Please be aware that whilst we do offer free outgoing postage, we do not cover the cost of returning items
We are happy to accept returns back at our Charles Clinkard stores but please be aware that our stores at Boundary Mills or Bradbeers (New Milton and Romsey) are unable to accept back online purchases.

Love theses boots warm comfy and the delivery was quick

Boots are a little snug around my calf’s but think once the lining beds down they will be perfect. Only grumble is they sent me the wrong boots so I had to post back before getting the right ones.

Sadly I had to return these. The boots came up quite small. I wanted to exchange for a larger size but couldn’t get any response to my messages. Had to go through PayPal to communicate and only got offered a refund. The boots were lovely so quite disappointed with after sales care.

The boots look lovely however, the boot legs are extremly wide and looked ridiculous. Also for me to send them back cost me nearly £14!! As you can imagine I'm not a happy customer.

Foot fitted well
But unfortunately they were incredibly narrow on the leg , so much so that I couldn’t do the zip up !!! I’m not a big lady only a size 10
Very disappointed with them as they looked amazing

Though the box was in a poor state, the boots arrived in perfect condition. They are a perfect fit and look very stylish and warm. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
