Joining Your RewardsWhy should I join?
You will earn points on all of your purchases, both in store and online. Every 6 months we will tally up your points balance and if you have achieved 1,000 points or more, you will be rewarded with a voucher to the value of 5% of your spend in that previous 6 months.
You will also be entitled to the following benefits should you also sign up to our newsletter:

When do I earn points?
Points are earned in 6 month periods.
September - February & March – August
How do I join?
You can register when creating an online account or when placing an order. Please ensure you select the tick box to indicate you would like to join Your Rewards.
Alternatively you can visit your local store and register. This can be done regardless of purchasing with us on the day.
PointsHow are points calculated?
10 points are earned for every £1 spent. This may increase if we offer double or triple points events.
Are there any exclusions?
The only exclusion is the purchasing of gift cards. All other products are eligible and points can be earned in conjunction with sales and promotions.
How do I earn points with online purchases?
Providing you have opted in to Your Rewards you will automatically earn points for your online purchases. Please note points are awarded only when your order has been fulfilled
How do I earn points with in-store purchases?
Simply provide the sales assistant with your name and address when making a purchase and the points will be added to your account. If you do not provide your personal details points will not be added to your account. From Mid-September 2015 Your Rewards loyalty cards will be available. With your card you can simply present this in store and points will be linked to your account without having to provide any personal details.
Are points deducted from my account if I return product(s)?
Yes, points will be deducted from your balance.
Where can I get my points balance?
You can obtain your points balance from your online account or this can be requested when in store.
Can I have a negative points balance?
Yes, if your first transaction into a new earning period is a return of an item purchased from the previous earning period you balance will go into a negative. If however you did not receive a reward for the previous earning period we will ensure you do not go into a negative.
RewardsWhen are rewards issued?
Rewards are issued within 6 weeks following the end of each earning period.
Is there a limit on the rewards that can be earned?
How will my reward be issued?
If we hold a valid email address for you we will email rewards to you
If we only have a valid home address for you we will only post your rewards to you
Your voucher will also be linked to a Your Rewards card if you have one
How long are rewards valid?
Your rewards voucher can be applied to your order during the checkout process and the value will be deducted from your order total
How will rewards be redeemed in-store?
Your rewards voucher can be presented in store and the sales assistant will deduct the value from your order total

Online AccountWhy was I created an online account?
If you joined Your Rewards in store and provided a valid email address we will check to see if you have an account on our website. If you do not we will create one for you so that you can check your points balance, update personal information and see a record of your orders. It also ensures that if you purchase online with us that your points are added to the account you setup in store.
Can I close my online account?
