TELL US YOUR STORY

Born and raised in Teesside, Rebecca began working at our Middlesbrough store in 2010, on a weekend whilst she was in school! From there, she continued to work in store part-time throughout college and university, and after graduating Rebecca knew she wanted a career in marketing.

This led her to move to our Head Office, where she started in a role focusing on social media and copywriting. Over the years since, Rebecca has progressed throughout different roles, gaining experience across the department.

Now, 15 years later, Rebecca is running it!

Can you explain what your role entails?

"I oversee the Marketing team and get involved in all areas of our activity: from email marketing to paid social and PR, brand partnerships, and store POS.

I work closely with other departments and external agencies to make sure our messaging is aligned and resonates with our customer. No two days are the same, which is part of what I love about the role."

Which accomplishments are you most proud of?

"In 2024, it was our company’s 100 year anniversary, and I had the privilege of shaping the campaign alongside an amazing team.

It was an incredible milestone for the business, and I felt very proud to be part of a company with such a rich heritage. Being trusted to lead the campaign was a huge accomplishment, and it has left me excited for what the future holds."
