Coronation Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this competition you are agreeing to the competition terms and conditions as outlined below.
2. The competition is being run by Charles Clinkard.
Eligibility To Enter
3. The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and residents in the UK.
4. Entrants must be members of our Your Rewards loyalty scheme, and make a purchase between the outlined dates.
5. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the competition prize that you may win.
6. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
7. Employees of The Clinkard group and their families are excluded from entering.
How To Enter
8. The competition prize draw will include those currently signed up to our Your Rewards loyalty scheme that make a purchase, and all new Your Rewards members that make a purchase, up to midnight on the 30th April 2023. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

The Competition Prize
10. The competition prize will be four overnight stays to London, including overnight stay and travel, plus a visit to Buckingham Palace.
11. The trip is for 2 individuals to the value of £750, including price of rail travel and hotel.
12. Winners will travel to London via train from their nearest station (travel to the nearest station is not included).
The Competition Winners
13. Charles Clinkard will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
14. Charles Clinkard’s use of particular brands as part of the competition prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
15. The winners will be drawn at random.
16. The winner will be notified after 30th April 2023 via the email provided during subscription.
17. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the competition being used by Charles Clinkard for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
The Trip Details
18. The competition prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
19. No extensions or upgrades are available to the prize, including extensions to the duration of the trip.
20. Additional passengers outside the 2 individuals listed within the prize may not be booked onto the trip.
21. The trip must be booked by May 31st within 12 months of the competition, at our discretion.
22. Once the trip is booked and tickets are provided, it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are in possession of all relevant documentation needed for the trip. We are not liable for delays, or any additional costs associated with the trip that are outside of our control.
23. If the booked trip can no longer be attended by the winner due to unexpected circumstances, unfortunately we may not be able to rebook the trip and therefore the prize may be considered forfeit.
24. Charles Clinkard reserves the right to cancel the competition, prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
25. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
