Our virtual appointments are a face-to-face video consultation conducted via Zoom, meaning you can speak with a member of our team from the comfort of your own home.
We appreciate the importance of in-store fitting, and our aim with virtual appointments is to provide an extension of this service for those who are unable to visit our stores.
If you find you’d like further advice and guidance, or would simply prefer to shop with us from the comfort of your own home, our virtual appointments are here to help.
Our appointments are performed face-to-face via Zoom. Please ensure that you have downloaded Zoom onto your device ahead of your time slot. This can be done online for desktop users, or via the App Store for mobile devices.
Within 24 hours of booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment. Ahead of your time slot, a member of our friendly Customer Services team will also give you a quick call to confirm you have everything you need for your appointment.

Of course - this service is perfectly suited for those who are yet to make a purchase! Our virtual appointments can be used prior to purchasing, where our expertly-trained team will guide you through how to measure your child’s feet. We will also provide a follow-up service via email with product recommendations tailored to your preferences.
Alternatively, you can choose to book an appointment once you’ve purchased your new Charles Clinkard shoes where we will offer advice on how to check the fit.

For quality and training purposes, we record the audio from the virtual appointments. In order to enable us to provide a face-to-face service, please kindly ensure that your camera is switched on during your Zoom consultation. If you don’t have camera access, or don’t want to have your camera switched on, we would recommend taking advantage of one of our other services, such as going into your local Charles Clinkard store or speaking to a member of our Customer Services team.
