Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) on orders over £50, as well as to any of our stores and CollectPlus locations, all of which are available options on our basket page. Next day delivery is available on selected products, which is highlighted upon a colour and size being selected. We also offer delivery worldwide (with a few exceptions). We are pleased to be able to offer an extended range on our website.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer our full range of delivery options for these products or orders containing these products.

1)     We are able to offer delivery to any UK address or to one of our stores for collection

2)     We are unable to offer a Collect + delivery, express delivery or international delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange. You have 365 days to return your product to us, but please ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition and within its box. 

We do not cover the cost of returns, but we have a handy returns portal you can use to access a reduced-price, fully tracked Royal Mail returns label. Alternatively, you can return to a Charles Clinkard store free of charge.
