Relax Slippers Dulcie Leather Ladies Slippers

I have worn these type of slippers for years.I have small narrow fit and they fit perfectly.The various colours are good and the leather is soft and pliable.In constant use the slippers may not last as long as other slippers but for comfort and fit I wouldn’t buy anything else. They were delivered when expected and were well packed.I have been a loyal customer of Clinkard for years and have a good relationship with most of the staff at ew Ashley shop.

The slippers were as expected as it was a repeat purchase. However as per my recent review I restate that the gift wrapping was atrocious and a complete waste of money. As I said in my recent review I do not think that Charles Clinkard ( if he exists) would have been happy with the mess had he been giving them as a present to his wife.

The slippers are great. The service however was awful. Despite calling and emailing after dpd claimed they missed me, the slippers were still delivered to an address that I hadn’t authorised. My old address where I had just moved out from. I explicitly requested a click and collect to make my life easier during a complicated move in a difficult time. This was made worse by the fact that I was informed by dpd that they’d been delivered to a pick up shop. I was fortunate that someone had taken in my delivery at my old house and I was able to recover the slippers. But all round terrible customer experience.

Pretty slippers, but colour different from what I expected - rather more on the dull gold side than the dull silver I expected pewter to be. However, acceptable for all that. They felt a little hard on the sole of the foot initially, but are now softening nicely, or I am getting used to them. They are a very smart-looking slipper which can be worn in the house when one I 'dressed up'.

It was great fun to shop my Relax Slippers Dulcie Black Leather at Charles Clinkard.
I discovered them when I was looking on google for winter slippers. I saw the relax slippers and liked the design. Added them to the basket but immediately deleted the item. A few questions came to mind. They looked a bit expensive, I was not sure if they would offer the comfort I wanted and if I would wear them when guests come in the house. I was also not sure how long the delivery would take.
All turned out positive. The slippers are very comfortable. They are made of good material and smart for when I have guests coming to the house. The delivery took only three days! I’ am very pleased with what I bought and already recommended this product to a friend.

Unfortunately i had to return the slippers due to them being too wide. This does not however have any reflection on the wonderful service tgat Charles Clinkard provide.

These slippers are perfect for me. They last me nearly 2 years even wearing them nearly every day. I've been buying this type of slipper for years and even though I am a size 2, I have had to make do with size 3. So the joy of getting my correct size is wonderful...

Bought both these and a different pair from Charles Clinkard in a 4 because previous experience of leather slippers had been that they were small sized and I am a true 3.5. However the 4 was much too big and I had to return both pairs. Have these now in a 3 and they are a lovely fit and very comfortable, and smart. Whilst it wasn't Clinkard's fault that they were true to size (for once!), I would have appreciated not having to pay return postage when I was re-ordering. Still, otherwise happy.
