Often a BBQ staple, this twist on the traditional corn on the cob makes a delicious starter or side.
You will need:
- 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime zest

- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

Tip: You can do this at home and store in the fridge before you go.
2) Peel back the husk and place the corn on a sheet of foil. Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear.
3) Roll corn up in the foil and place in campfire or grill grate. Let it cook for 20 mins, turning a quarter every 5 mins.
4) Remove from the heat and open up foil. Caution – it’ll be steamy!
