Cheesecake Filled Easter Egg

Combining two favourites if you’re a cheesecake lover, Easter Egg filled cheesecakes have become a popular Easter sweet treat within independent coffee shops over the years, but why not try your own at home. Choose your biscuit base and of course the most important decision, choosing your toppings. If people have different tastes, this is a great and easy way to make use of that. We’d go for mini eggs and some choc sauce… yum!

Chocolate Checkerboard Hot Cross Buns

One for those who don’t have much of a sweet tooth but love to bake, the checkerboard hot cross buns include half dark chocolate orange and half white chocolate cherry. Great if you want to give people an option and a traditional Easter bake at that. This is also a slightly longer recipe and requires a little bit more finesse so make sure you’ve got the right amount of spare time if you want to create the perfect looking buns.
