THE TRANSITIONAL EDIT – OUR SPRING STYLE GUIDE

It can often feel like an understatement to say fashion is seasonal. Not only are there new styles and trends to constantly contend with, but we have to be wary of unpredictable weather as this drastically drives what we decide to wear. Now we’re preparing to embrace the start of Spring, we have some tips that will show you how to seamlessly transition your footwear favourites.

Winter boots tend to be a little chunkier as they’re primarily made to keep your feet warm and dry. Whilst Spring can be notorious for precipitation, it tends to fall in the form of rain rather than snow and ice. To help transition your boots into the Spring-time, look for a pair that doesn’t have a thick tread for grip, a fur-trim or warm lining as these are classic properties for the cold Winter months.

Versatility within your wardrobe at this time of year is paramount due to the ever-changing weather forecast. This is where your wardrobe staples come into play, and one of our favourites? Ankle Boots. Worn the full year-round regardless of the weather, ankle boots are a fantastic way to add depth to any outfit.

We don’t know about you, but we have an abundance of black shoes. Moving into Spring, why not try a lighter shade to match the weather? A cooler shade, especially nude or sand tones, can create a long lean effect for your legs.
