Key Conditions of the Promotion

A scratchcard will be given to a customer at the point of purchasing an item in store or whilst browsing the site online (their “Qualifying Action”).

The scratchcard is a lucky dip by the Promoter, allowing an eligible participant to be given the chance of winning a number of available prizes including percentage discounts and free footwear (online and in store) or free goodies (in store only).

Scratchcards will be issued in store or online from April 25th and will continue to be issued until they have run out or until April 28th, whichever is sooner.

The participant must claim their prize or use their discount by July 31st.

Eligibility Requirements

The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, who are aged eighteen (18) or over and who make a purchase of footwear or a handbag in store.

By entering online and submitting your email address, you are agreeing to sign up to our marketing and loyalty programme. You can unsubscribe at any time after sign up.

The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies or agents or members of their immediate families or households or to anyone involved in the administration of the promotion.

Any discount received as part of this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or voucher codes made by the Promoter or its group companies which are running during the same period.

In entering the promotion, the participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and they represent that all information provided by them is complete, honest and genuine to the best of their knowledge and belief.

The Promoter may require a participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the promotion as well as proof of their identity.

How to Enter

To enter the promotion in store or online the participant must make a purchase on or after April 25th, whilst our scratchcard stocks last or up until April 28th, whichever comes sooner. Only one scratchcard is to be issued per customer.

To enter online, a customer must submit their email address as part of the scratchcard promotion and continue to checkout to claim their prize.

The participant must complete all entry requirements during the Promotion Period.

Successful entries will only be accepted (and the Prize issued) where the participant satisfies the Eligibility Requirements at section 3 and has completed all the Entry Requirements in this section 4.

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out investigations and/or take such other action as may be reasonable under the circumstances, to protect itself from fraudulent and/ or invalid entries, including (without limitation), by requesting claimants to provide additional information and/ or documentation in support of their entry and/ or by seeking verify and or validate information and/ or documentation provided with relevant third parties. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which (in its reasonable opinion) may be fraudulent or invalid. Where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a fraudulent or invalid entry has been made, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to any applicable law enforcement authorities.

Prizes above are subject to availability, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute these Prizes with similar prizes of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered or given.

Scratchcards are to be made available whilst stocks last. Once the Promoter has run out of scratchcards, this lucky dip promotion will end.

Prizes are inclusive of delivery [within the UK]. No other costs or expenses will be covered by the Promoter.

Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

If a Prize is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the winner, they will only be reissued to the winner if and after theyhave been returned to the Promoter.

The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries not successfully submitted or which otherwise do not reach the Promoter, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, except in cases of negligence, fault or deliberate act or omission of the Promoter or its agents.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winning participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Participants' statutory rights are not affected.

Key Conditions of the Competition

Customers will be given a brief in store or online, to submit a memory. In submitting this memory either physically in writing in store or online, they are entering the competition (their “Qualifying Action”).

The Memory Box is a competition run by the Promoter, allowing an eligible participant to be given the chance of winning free shoes for the year.

We define free shoes for a year for the purposes of this competition as: up to 6 pairs, not exceeding a total value of £1200.

The memory competition will run between 24th April – 1st July.

The competition will be drawn by the 31st July.

- To enter the prize draw, the participant must like and comment on either Charles Clinkard’s Facebook or Instagram competition post.
- The participant must complete all entry requirements during the Promotion Period.
- Participants must be identifiable from their entry. We will attempt to contact a Prize Draw Winner through the information provided, but if this information is incorrect, we will not be able to award the Prize to that person.
- Successful entries will only be accepted (and the Prize issued) where the participant satisfies the Eligibility Requirements at section 3 and has completed all the Entry Requirements in this section 4, and the Promoter (or its agent) has been able to contact the successful participant using the details the participant has previously provided.
- The Prize Draw
- On 09/08/2024 the winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process. The winner will then be contacted via their social media channel. A winner must respond by accepting the Prize and provide all information and details required by the Promoter within seven (7) days of being informed that they have won a Prize.
- If the winner does not respond or accept the Prize or provide other required information and details, within the time limits detailed, then the Promoter reserves the right to treat the Prize as forfeited and to select a new winner in accordance with the prize draw selection process described above.

- The Promoter will arrange to dispatch the Prizes to the relevant winners within thirty (30) days of the winner being selected, their entry being verified by the Promoter, and the winner being notified of the win.
