Middlesbrough Colour Run 2017

Last weekend, a team of Charles Clinkard head office staff took part in the 2017 Middlesbrough colour run to raise money for the Teesside Hospice.

Our team was split into two groups, the runners and the paint throwers.

The runners set out for a fun filled Sunday morning, running through Middlesbrough’s beautiful Albert Park while the paint throwers job was to cover them with paint.

Both sides finished the run covered head to toe in a rainbow of powder paint, and in the best mood ever!

“My favourite part of the run was the band’s playing along the route, and things like music stations where you could play giant drums among other instruments providing a good excuse to stop and catch your breath or to cheer on the other runners with your awesome drumming skills!”

The Teesside Hospice Care Foundation is a charity based in Middlesbrough that was founded to enhance the lives of local people suffering from life limiting illnesses.

The Hospice cares for over 3,000 people each year and offers all of its services completely free of charge.
