Just a note of thanks to you for the very good service. I received my order on Tuesday 18th December having only placed it on Saturday afternoon 15th December. With the Christmas rush, I frankly wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly so well done, you exceeded my expectations! I only found your company by chance on the net. I had not heard of you before. I had tried a local store and a number of other stockists on the phone who were unable to help and who frankly, didn't exhibit much in the way of customer service. I'd had a couple of problems with your website running slowly probably due to the amount of traffic but your staff at the end of the phone were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and having placed the order, Interlink did a good job of keeping me informed. They did exactly what they said they would in terms of timing. That kind of reliability is a real plus. I've not used your company before but will certainly do again if this experience is your norm. I don't know why more companies and particularly high street stores don't recognise the need to differentiate themselves somehow these days when there is some much competition and it is so easy to shop around. Excellent customer service through friendly well trained staff, and reliability in terms of quality and delivery timing are definitely good differentiators. Merry Christmas!
