If you don’t have a printer or want to pick a different pair of shoes, that’s fine too – just draw them!

Then simply scan in your picture or send us a photo – you can share it on our Facebook Page, Twitter or email it to hello@clinkard.co.uk. We’ll contact the winner through the method of entry.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Employees of Charles Clinkard and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated entities, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of all parties are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Discount Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Redeeming a discount is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: Comptition begins on Monday 3rd August at 9am EST and ends on Sunday 30th August at midnight (the ‘competition period’). 

4. How to Enter: During the competition period, enter by visiting the Charles Clinkard blog and downloading one of the four images of shoes. Children should draw themselves in the job they hope to have in the future. Then scan or photograph the image and email it to hello@charlesclinkard.co.uk along with your name and contact details; upload it to our Facebook page at facebook.com/CharlesClinkard, or tweet @charlesclinkard with the hashtag #ClinksAcademy. The winner will be contacted via their method of entry.

5. Judging Criteria: Each entry made must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and entry is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. No information regarding the competition will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the discount. The judging will take place under the supervision of Charles Clinkard. Participants agree to be bound by these rules.

6. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by their chosen method of entry within 10 business days after selection. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate determination. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.

7. Award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering this game, the participant agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest-related activity.

9. General Conditions: Charles Clinkard reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Terms of Use, and the decisions of Charles Clinkard which are final and binding in all respects.
