Thank you for your involvement and guidance in the purchase of these shoes. I appreciate that you, and the rest of the Sales team, will have a busy working life dealing with all manner of enquiries from all manner of members of the Great British Public - that said, I was made to feel that I could ask silly questions and get straight answers. What followed after was an interesting show of a company being on top of activities that can happen in providing a service and also quality goods, aided extremely well by your chosen carrier Interlink. The flow of incoming emails was brief and yet had everything that was needed to keep anyone informed. The final piece of the jigsaw was, of course, the delivering driver. As a physical doorstep representative of 'your' company he, and Interlink, topped and tailed the process in a very professional manner. The shoes? Perfect of course, they are Gabor - and that means a happy wife in East Cheshire! Thank you again to everybody concerned with this one, single purchase.

Good morning, Just received delivery of a pair of Fly London shoes which I only ordered yesterday! The courier arrived exactly as promised. I would like to say a huge thank you for the outstanding customer service, not to mention the wonderful shoes which are perfect. I'd just like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received in my recent dealings with Matthew Barber. He was very helpful and, importantly, kept me informed as he said he would. I am growing accustomed to making complaints about poor service from large companies so it gives me some pleasure to be able to write this commendation.

I have a pair of these shoes that I bought in your shop. My Mum (75 years old) has admired them every time I have worn them when visiting her. She finally asked if I could get her a pair and they arrived today. She phoned to tell me they had arrived before 10 o'clock and were on her feet! I visited later in the afternoon and they were still on her feet!! She is finding them comfortable and loves the 'look' of them. Excellent service (as usual). Thank you.
