I visited the Newcastle store with my 86 year old friend who was searching for a comfy pair of shoes. She was thrilled and delighted with the help she received from a lovely lady called Doreen. She told me in all her years she'd never had such good service! Just to add the store was really busy,not a spare seat or mirror to be found, so this made the service even more special. Hi,   I don't usually write when I have received an online purchase. However, I have been "wowed" by this experience.   I received a text in plenty of time to ensure I was home to receive the parcel. The delivery was exactly within the time slot so it made the whole thing far easier than I if I had to go and collect from a depot if I had been out. I was a bit anxious at buying shoes on line but they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The purchase was made with some urgency as I am not long out of plaster for a fractured ankle and need to wear flatish shoes for some time ahead.   All in all a great customer experience.   Many thanks
