Excellent Service

I was having great difficulty finding school shoes for my tall thin 13 year old (he needs size 8 E fitting). Clarks shops are happy to measure but hold no stock in this size, their website also out of stock except for a style which my son had worn in primary school, so no good. Fabulous service in your cambridge store this week. Sales assistant (Shona) was just excellent, really knew her stuff and very patient with my son letting him test each shoe that he tried on to see if it was suitable for playing football in!!
