Excellent Customer Service

I would just like to say a big thank you for the free super fast delivery. Ordered a pair of shoes on Friday - standard delivery. They arrived the next day. Fantastic. I even received a text giving me the name of the delivery driver and a one hour time slot when they would be delivered. There was even the option to reply to change the day/leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Thank you Charles Clinkard, I will definitely shop with you again.

Wonderful Service

Just a quick note to say how wonderful your service is  - I searched for a Nordikas slippers online, found you, recognised your name; your website was easy to use, you had it in stock, I paid without the hassle of 'verified by Visa' (as I live in France it doesn't work as it needs a UK postcode)  and the parcel got here after just five or six days. Product exactly what I ordered, easy to order, reliable delivery.
