I would just like to commend you on some excellent service.  I ordered a pair of shoes at your Guildford branch yesterday (they didn't have the size in stock) at approximately 2.30.  I received the shoes this morning at about 9.15.  Well done!   As I currently have a problem with shoes following a recent badly broken ankle I am pleased to say how pleased I am that I now have a decent and comfortable pair of shoes that I can wear

I was served at the Eldon Square branch, on 22/02/17 by Aimee (4512). She served me and my daughter a pair of black school shoes. She was polite and attentive, gentle and understanding, well presented and groomed. She was competent and checked my daughters feet thoroughly. She was a credit to herself and the store and I knew I was in good hands. It's people like her that are your assets, along with your fantastic range of shoes. Please thank her for her service, all your staff are always good and we have never had a bad experience at your shop.

Refund

I'd just like to thank you on the excellent service and care we received today at your Meadowhall store. I returned my daughters 4 month old school shoes as the strap had broken. The colleagues couldn't help enough. We're so friendly and patient with my daughter (and my 1 year old stressing in the pram). One colleague was only training and did everything so professional. They refunded no questions asked, (as they were faulty) and helped us choose another pair, even ordered them for us as they weren't in stock. I used this store also for my youngest daughters first shoes. And will now continue to do so. Absolutely amazing. Thank you again. X

Redcar Store

Just bought my second pair of shoes from this shop. Quality is excellent and the lady who served me was so helpful. Redcar is a fantastic place to shop especially on Friday Market days. Clinks is easy to find close to the clock opposite the egg stall

I didn't manage to catch her name but thank you so much to the wonderful lady who served me in your Wetherby store this morning.
