I would like to pass on my most sincere thanks and appreciation to one of your staff, Elaine, at your Kirkcaldy store. I took my (very particular) 82 year old mother to buy slippers today and Elaine was fantastic. She was patient and kind and cheerfully ran back and forwards (to and fro the stockroom) for nearly 20 minutes to find mum the slippers she wanted. I was most impressed by the lady, the way she looked after mum and her knowledge of the stock. AND mum is very pleased indeed with her new slippers!

Service at the Newcastle shop

A personal, skilled and professional service from Kath in the Newcastle shop. I will return because I value that rare type of service. Also witnessed one of the younger assistants being very patient with an elderly Chinese lady and working out what she wanted - it was lovely to witness. Please Charles Clinkard do not undervalue your staff on the floor, they need nurtured and valued.
