My wife was buying a pair of sale shoes when the manager noted they had been mispriced and were not able to be sold at the sale price. She did however offer to sell them at a price midway between the stated original price and the misquoted sale price . My wife decided against this. A couple of weeks later she was again in the shop and noticed the shoes in a sale category. The stated original price was the same as the discounted price the manageress had previously quoted. She was apparently happy to previously sell us a pair of shoes at full price while suggesting this was a discount. Our family have shopped many times in this our local store but I am personally unlikely to do so again.

New Purchase

Bought new shoes today from the Nottingham shop. The assistant whose name was Grace was helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. A very pleasant experience.

We have just returned from shopping in the Nottingham Store. We had both our children measured and shoes fitted today. The customer service we received from Conor was so amazing, Shoe shopping with my children is normally some what stressful to say the least. Conor was so professional, willing to spend time with my ten year old to make sure she loved her trainers, We will certainly be back. Thank you to Conor again for such a pleasant shopping experience.
