Super Customer Service

I was compelled to leave a comment here, as today we came back from buying two lovely pairs of sandals from the Guildford store. Two girls who worked there today were super lovely, they informed us about the option of buying two pairs and having cheapest with the 25% off, which I wasn't aware of. Also, they were very helpful with my feet, as I have rubbed my foot in my left shoe (the one I wore originally) and they gave me some spray to spray it and remove the friction with the shoe. I wanted to say thank you again!! Having size 8 feet, I will be definitely coming back for more shoes! :)

Brilliant Service

I bought a pair of Chelsea Boots over a year ago from the shop in Stratford upon Avon. There was a manufacturing fault which did not appear immediately however I took the boots back to the store two weeks ago. I have today received a replacement pair and I am delighted with the service received and the concern expressed regarding the fault. Everything promised regarding dealing with the complaint happened - very refreshing . Well done to all involved and particularly Claire at the Stratford shop. Excellent customer service, you definitely have my continued custom.

Click and Collect

With big feet I always have trouble finding stylish shoes that fit. So often my size is not in stock when I visit a store. Click and collect solved this for me. I ordered several pairs of shoes online and then tried them all on at the store. I could get a refund on any that I didn't want. Luckily they were perfect so I kept them all. Staff at the Banbury store really helpful.
