The staff in the children's dept in Eldon Square were great. During a busy period they were patient and ensured my grand daughter's boots were a correct fit. I would particularly like to mention Andrea from Head Office. She went the extra mile to sort out a problem for me. Simply excellent customer service !!!

I often visit the store in Keswick Cumbria and have to say the customer service from the minute you walk in the door is excellent. The girls are all friendly and go the extra mile to help out, and they are all so patient. I have had foot surgery and going to have some more and bought a pair of shoes yesterday and had to return them today, Theresa was so helpful and understanding and I have now purchased some sketchers go walk 2. The manageress is always so friendly and so efficient and happy to advise you in different styles etc. I used to be a customer services manageress so customer service is very important to me, they definitely get it right in Keswick, Thank you all so much for everything.

Nordikas Slippers Nicola II

Having bought another pair of these slippers to replace my old faithfuls, I was very disappointed in the sizing. The size 6 / 39 (my usual size) was way too big and so are having to be returned. I do feel it is unfair that returns are not paid for by Clinkards when a product has been incorrectly sized.

Fabulous Service

Nottingham Branch - we visited this store on 04/09/2015 and were served by Hannah. She helped my 14 year old daughter choose a pair of school shoes. She was extremely helpful, very patient and very kind - she even remembered us from previous years! A great personal service! Thank you so much, the shoes are gorgeous!

Excellent Service in Bristol

We visited the store in Bristol for the first time while looking for groom shoes and found one pair that we liked very much. We had a few uncertainties about sizing but the lady in store (Laura) was very helpful and even ordered a pair of shoes for us from the main warehouse. We needed the shoes quickly as we were due to fly out of the country for our big day and Laura was able to ensure that they reached us on time. We are both happy to have these shoes, which we are sure are going to last a long time, and we would like to say a huge thank you to the lady who has dealt with us for being so extremely helpful and most importantly understanding. Like I said we found this store for the first time and we will definitely return and recommend it. Not only for the great selection of shoes but for the staff and customer service! Thank you again.

Brilliant Service

I visited the Charles Clinkard store in Newcastle today with my two daughters. They were measured by a girl called Laura. She was brilliant with the girls and very patient. It was very hot and extremely busy, but she took time to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. I will definitely go back to Laura next time girls need to be fitted for shoes. Thank you.
